The rooms here are huge and super clean, especially if you have a king suite, so you get plenty of extra space 😊. The staff is really nice and friendly too. Plus, it's in a great location, not too far from a shopping mall.

Refridgerator was cold

First room given was not clean. Had smear and fingerprints on top of furniture. Hair left in sink. Room smelled like smoke Second room toilet seat needed replacing and shower curtain had been pieced together

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, making it great for business travelers. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby, like the excellent Caseys Home Cooking, all within a short walk.

Yes, the bed was the best ever

Very well maintained facility. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great--good coffee too. Important!! Hotel is close to I 575. Convenient to restaurants, etc. Pleasant stay! Would recommend to friends.

The pillows were very comfortable--but the mattress should be replaced. We rolled toward to center of the bed.

The friendly staff here are amazing and the heated pool on site is a fantastic bonus, along with the excellent service; it's in a convenient location for exploring the area too.

Great stay everywhere, staff friendly and helpful

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beds were comfy, and everything was clean. The location was convenient, near shops and restaurants in Ellijay.

Room did not get cleaned on the second day of stay

I got a fairly quiet and impressive room with a sofa and Jacuzzi tub, which was very handy. The food was fresh, and the bar was nice. The hotel is conveniently located in a business area near a grocery store, restaurants, stores, and the Express.

The rare care of and professional service from the young Lady at front desk (B) .....cleanliness of room...little touches done by Housekeepers who showed their commitment to making the room clean, comfortable, and lovely....all the personnel who were friendly and on target with their different jobs...many services given usually thought of as being provided at higher priced places like the Ritz Carlton ( ake up call...call to check if we needed anything...staff member coming up promptly to correct TV not working...presentation of breakfast....)

My husband's and my concern that only one person was on duty at main desk throughout the night ~ concern for her safety mainly, but also for all quests in case of an emergency.....

The room was spotless and reasonably large, especially in the king suite. The breakfast offered a lot of goodies. The staff was exceptionally nice and very responsive to my needs. The hotel had a family-friendly ambiance. The location was convenient, being close to Kennesaw and a shopping center.

Staff were professional and friendly, the room smelled fresh, the lobby area was clean with tasteful furniture and fixtures, they furnished us with a package of makeup remover, which very few hotels provide, the quality and variety of the free breakfast of this hotel was second to none. The staff frequently came to refill the food, cleaned the area, and checked on the guests. I was very impressed that the bread, beagles, and cinnamon buns were individually wrapped. They are very conscientious of keeping the food clean and fresh.

There were just two things out of MANY positive aspects. The two-layer shower curtain smelled stale. The housekeeping should wash it with bleach every time the guests check out. We couldn't hear the wakeup call. The phone should be checked on a regular basis. They are very easy to resolve. I will still recommend others to choose this hotels. The attitude of the staff was professional when I addressed these issues to them.
